• William Shatner Passes Kidney Stone for Online Casino

January 19, 2006 - A kidney stone passed by actor William Shatner (aka Captain Kirk from Star Trek) has been bought for $25000 by the Golden Palace Casino. I offered the stone, stint and string for $25,000 and informed them that 100% of the proceeds would go to benefit Habitat for Humanity and I retain visitation rights" Shatner said in a statement. Golden Palace Casino has donated the proceeds to the Habitat for Humanity charity. Last year, Golden Palace Casino paid $28,000 for a cheese sandwich that featured what appeared to be an image of the Virgin Mary.
