Although some operators raised concerns regarding customer service and poor industry relations, others stated that the Crystal Gaming Group had made great strides in cleaning up operations in these areas. Currently, Crystal owns and operates casino sites such as vegasfrontier.com and crytalpalacecasino.com. These sites cater mainly to the U.S. Market. A source close to Crystal has stated that people should not underestimate the profit generation and operating skills that are behind the business.
