October 31, 2005 - FUN Technologies has announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, SkillJam, has signed an agreement with leading UK broadcaster, Flextech Television Limited ('Flextech'), to be the exclusive skill-gaming provider for Flextech's UK multi-channel television and online properties. Under the terms of the agreement, SkillJam will develop, operate and support a skill-gaming platform specifically tailored to reflect the look and feel of several Flextech Television channel websites, including Challenge and Bravo. SkillJam is a multi-channel provider of skill-gaming technology and solutions. It develops and distributes private-label gaming solutions for a broad network of partner destination sites in the US and abroad, including AOL, MSN's Zone.com and Disney's Go.com.
